Welcome to WeFLEX, operated by FarisFitness Limited ("we," "our," or "us"). These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the WeFLEX mobile application and related services (collectively, the "Service"). By downloading, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

Your use of WeFLEX is conditional upon your acceptance of these Terms and compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.

• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and liable for any actions performed under your account.
• Notify us immediately of unauthorized access or use of your account.

WeFLEX offers subscription-based services, including monthly and yearly options. By subscribing, you agree to the following:

• Billing: Payment will be charged to your Apple App Store or Google Play account upon confirmation of purchase.
• Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
• Management: You can manage your subscription and disable auto-renewal through your account settings.
• Free Trials: Any unused portion of a free trial will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
• Prices and Terms: Subscription prices and terms are subject to change. Any changes will be communicated through the Service.

• WeFLEX is not a medical service. Consult a healthcare professional before beginning any fitness program.
• Fitness activities carry risks, and you are solely responsible for any outcomes.
• FarisFitness Limited is not liable for injuries or damages resulting from your use of the Service.

You may post, share, or make available content through the Service. By doing so, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and modify your content in connection with the Service.

• Your Responsibility: You represent and warrant that you own the content or have the rights to share it, and that it does not infringe upon the rights of others or violate applicable laws.

• The Service, including all content, features, and functionality (excluding user-provided content), is owned by FarisFitness Limited and its licensors.
• You may not use, copy, or distribute any part of the Service without prior written consent.

Your use of the Service is subject to our Privacy Policy. By using WeFLEX, you consent to the collection and use of information as described in our Privacy Policy.

You agree not to:

• Engage in illegal or unauthorized use of the Service.
• Attempt to hack, disrupt, or reverse engineer the Service.

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
• Loss of data, profits, or goodwill.
• Injuries or damages resulting from your use of the Service.
