WeFLEX, operated by FarisFitness Limited ("we," "us," or "our"), is committed to protecting your personal information and respecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and disclose your information when you use our mobile application ("App") and related services ("Services").

By accessing or using the Services, you agree to this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Services.

To create an account, we may collect:

• Email Address
• Login Credentials (or third-party login such as Sign in with Apple or Google)

We collect data you input into the App, including:

• Workout activities, exercises, and routines
• Fitness metrics such as weight, repetitions, and sets
• Body measurements

We collect usage data to improve the App’s performance and user experience. This includes:

• App usage metrics
• Crash and bug reports
• Device information

If you enable integrations with Apple Health or similar services, we may access health and fitness data as permitted by your authorization. This data is stored locally on your device and is not uploaded to our servers unless explicitly required for a feature you enable.

When you contact us for support, we may collect:

• Your email address
• Debug information
• Any additional information you provide

We use your data for the following purposes:

• To provide and maintain the App’s functionality
• To personalize your experience and suggest tailored workouts
• To monitor and improve the performance and stability of the App
• To communicate updates, offers, and important information

We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

We work with trusted third-party services to:

• Process analytics (e.g., Firebase, TikTok Analytics)
• Manage bug reports (e.g., Sentry, Crashlytics)
• Facilitate payment processing for subscriptions (e.g., Apple In-App Purchases, RevenueCat)
• Provide deep linking and referral tracking (e.g., Branch, AppsFlyer)

These providers are bound by contractual obligations to protect your data.

We may disclose your data to comply with legal obligations or protect our legal rights.

We retain your personal data as long as your account remains active. You can request data deletion at any time by contacting us through the App.

We take reasonable precautions to protect your information. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your data may be stored and processed in the United States or other countries. By using our Services, you consent to such data transfers.

You have the following rights regarding your data:

• Access: View the data associated with your account.
• Export: Export workout data to a spreadsheet-friendly format.
• Delete: Request permanent deletion of your account and data.

To exercise these rights, contact us via the App.

WeFLEX does not knowingly collect data from individuals under the age of 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided personal information, please contact us, and we will take steps to delete the data.

We offer monthly and yearly subscription plans. Payments are processed through the App Store or Google Play:

• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled 24 hours before the end of the billing cycle.
• You can manage or cancel subscriptions through your account settings.

You can close your account at any time by contacting us via the App. Upon account closure, your personal data will be deleted within a reasonable timeframe unless otherwise required by law.

WeFLEX uses tracking technologies in compliance with Apple’s App Tracking Transparency (ATT) framework. If you consent to tracking, we may use anonymized identifiers (such as your User ID or Device ID) to:

• Measure advertising campaign performance
• Understand how users engage with the app
• Deliver a personalized app experience

You may opt out of tracking at any time by adjusting your device’s privacy settings.

We do not sell your data to third parties. Tracking is only used for performance and personalization within the app and ad campaign measurement.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated to you via the App or email. Continued use of the App after changes are made constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
